Mei Leaf - a great source of tea information

Mei Leaf is based in London, so I haven't had the pleasure of visiting their store. However, the company does a fantastic job with educational videos. Don from Mei Leaf is truly committed to sourcing the best teas, and also creating an educated customer base for those teas. I am linking his video about six basic tea types. The video covers not only differences in flavor and application, but also processing, which is very helpful for anyone wanting to grow and process their own tea. I hope to meet Don some day, and a fantasy wish list item is to join him on a sourcing trip to Asia. He shared a video from a sourcing trip to Yunnan that still has me dreaming!
